Shot Notes

Leafs fallen down from a tree. Some of them desperately trying to float, some of them already sunken down. The ground will swallow and digest them, send them right back to the source. Eventually they will feed the tree again, so it can grow bigger and be able to send down even more leafs… mmm, well this is just a thought, and another shot from the wet woodlands…

“I have the right to interpretation as a dramatist.
I research. It’s my responsibility to find the research.
It’s my responsibility to digest it
and do the best that I can with it.
But at a certain point that responsibility
will become an interpretation. “

[Oliver Stone]
