Shot Notes

Playing with sunlight and a thistle. But watch out, thistles are pretty prickly! (this is a personal experience!) Last year, at a particular spot in the forest a large thistle (about 60 inches, or 150 cm high) suddenly grew up. This summer, at the same spot there are growing 6 of these thorny plants. Combined with some sunlight, their magenta flowers are quite stunning to watch… …and not to touch. ;-)
