Thanks to a DSLR camera with a vari-angle LCD screen. Yeah… I’m so happy with my Canon 60D, specially with these kind of low shots.

Playing with light and color in a portable light box studio. Like the car is ‘bathing’ in pink neon lights. Btw: You are looking at  a 1970 Renault Alpine A110 (scale 1:18). This is one of my favourite classic cars but the new one is also looking stunning. You can see both of them here:

Still had this Canon 60D test shot of Clint lying around.

Today I created this “Fast and Furious” looking image starring a white Nissan Skyline (1:72).  I used a darkened lightbox, a red glass and a torch to add lots of neon light. Above this writing you can see the Photoshopped version. Below the animated gif with practical no PS-work done.

My sunday afternoon-photo-project: Capturing a macro still life and then bring it to life.  (Why? because I can and animated gif’s are hot. Again).

Just like the leaf in part I  this old ketchup bottle makes me wonder about the journey it made to this point. Did a fisherman toss it overboard? Maybe he was aggravated because his fellow fisherman just poured the lest drops of ketchup over his juicy hamburger. How long did it drift around? Are there other beaches before this certain spot? Did some kid kick it around like an old football? This kind of stuff can really make me go out there…

And this story does not end here. Nope. The sea will pick it up again to carry it away. Where will it strand next time? Will somebody pick it up to do what ever what with it? Maybe take a photograph of it just like me. Post it on the internet, ah… I love this stuff. Don’t you?
