Shot Notes
About a month ago this helicopter was slowly hovering over my house. Until a couple of days ago I did not pay much attention to the photographs I shot. But at a certain point I became a bit curious about that weird looking gear hanging underneath its body. So I did some googling. I’m not going to make this to complicated, but this helicopter is equipped with measurement scanners. These scanners are communicating with a satellite and are able to measure objects and areas on the ground. Maybe this helicopter was measuring heights of dikes and ditches to check the water level in my living area. Or maybe he was checking out the area for buildings being built without a Permit. I don’t really know, these are just some wild guesses after my Google research. But, it sure gives me quite a “Big Brother Is Watching You” feeling. Pretty scary isn’t it? Makes you wonder… Maybe you can tell me more about this type of equipment…
